Description

This 1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula has been fortified with performance modifications to the induction system, exhaust, and suspension, and 17-inch rolling stock was bolted on.

POWERTRAIN Its 5.7-liter, Multi-Port Fuel Injected, OHV LT1 V8 engine is original to the vehicle. A cold air system; aftermarket TPIS throttle body; PCM tune by PCM for Less; long-tube, ceramic-coated headers; and a new exhaust system with a stainless-steel Y-pipe and Magnaflow muffler and new tailpipes and tips were installed. There are no leaks or issues, and the battery is new. The four-speed automatic with overdrive shifts great through all gears, including reverse, and the 3.23 limited-slip rear axle has a Jegs cover.

EXTERIOR The original Bright Red paint is in excellent condition, and has just been buffed and detailed. An aftermarket Trufiber Ram Air fiberglass hood was swapped on and painted to match the body. The T-Tops don’t leak, and neither do the body seals. The glass is in good condition and the exterior lights works properly.

INTERIOR The interior is excellent, overall. Its gray leather is in good condition, and there are no issues with the carpet or headliner. The gauges, power windows and locks, HVAC system, and the aftermarket Alpine stereo system, speakers, amps, crossovers, and custom Kicker subwoofers are all in working order.

CHASSIS The underbody is in excellent condition. In 2022, an SLP shock tower brace, Hotchkis rear control arms, panhard bar, and anti-roll bar; new Bilstein rear shocks, WS6 17-inch polished aluminum wheels with Firehawk center caps and tires were installed. There are no leaks or issues with the power rack-and-pinion steering or power four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, and the car rides well.

This 1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula has the right color and enough mods to make a lasting impression on a new owner.
